Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your download and use of WhatsMyUsage, a macOS utility provided by Dominique Rosario.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using WhatsMyUsage, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app.
2. The app
WhatsMyUsage displays usage-related information made available by supported AI coding tools and services, currently including Claude, Codex, Cursor, and Grok. You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use WhatsMyUsage on Mac computers you own or control.
The app is licensed, not sold. These Terms do not transfer ownership of WhatsMyUsage or its intellectual property.
4. Pricing and distribution
The standalone price shown for WhatsMyUsage is €4.99 as a one-time purchase, with no recurring standalone subscription.
Displaying this price does not create a purchase transaction, and this website currently provides no checkout. Purchase, licensing, availability, and updates may also be governed by the terms of an authorized distribution platform.
5. Third-party services
WhatsMyUsage depends on information and authentication made available by third-party providers. Their outages, API changes, authentication changes, or reporting changes may affect the app.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, WhatsMyUsage is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, Claude, OpenAI, Codex, Cursor, xAI, Grok, Apple, Setapp, MacPaw, or Vercel. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use WhatsMyUsage for any unlawful purpose;
- redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or resell the software;
- bypass licensing or distribution controls;
- use the app to gain unauthorized access to another person’s accounts or credentials;
- maliciously modify or interfere with the app or associated services.
7. Updates, compatibility, and availability
Supported providers and features may change. macOS updates or provider changes may affect compatibility. Perpetual updates and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed.
8. Informational results
Usage values are informational and may be delayed, incomplete, or affected by provider changes. Verify billing-critical or account-critical information directly with the relevant provider.
9. Warranty and liability
WhatsMyUsage is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to any warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dominique Rosario is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on WhatsMyUsage.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited or waived.
10. Termination
Your license may end if you violate these Terms. If it ends, you must stop using WhatsMyUsage and delete copies in your possession, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
11. Privacy, changes, and contact
The Privacy Policy explains how WhatsMyUsage accesses and handles information.
These Terms may be updated when the app, its distribution, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will show the latest revision.
